This is where we really have some fun! Boxing & Kickboxing are excellent tools for implementing cardio training in a fun and energizing way. In our Boxing & Kickboxing sessions, you will learn how to kick and hit properly to maximize cardio benefits and avoid injury. Coach Janie will give you personalized guidance on both technique and form to match your skill level and enhance your workout experience. Depending on your skill level, Janie will help you tailor your Kickboxing/Cardio experience to meet your needs and abilities.

Coach Janie is passionate about building a consistent workout plan around Strength Training because of its vital and long-lasting benefits, especially for women of all ages. Here at KICK, you will learn how to build lean muscle, burn more fat throughout the day and maintain muscle tone to feel stronger and more confident. Just as important as slaying a total body workout with elements of strength training and cardio, is taking time for appropriate Stretching and Recovery. Here at KICK, we implement various recovery resources and guided movements in order to minimize soreness and inflammation and maximize your capacity to maintain your workout plan. Options for recovery sessions include a Platinum Red Light System, steam sauna, and assisted stretching that will help you stay on target and push yourself to progress more than ever before.
